1. Service Agreement
Our estimates and proposals are based on a clear understanding of your requirements and agreed timelines. Any modifications, including minor changes, may result in additional costs. Clients are encouraged to review and confirm all requirements before project initiation.
Acceptance of our quotation can be made via email, verbal confirmation, payment of the initial fee, or signing the agreement.
2. Scope of Services
We provide services including:
- PPC Network Advertising
- SEO Optimization (Website SEO & GMB Management)
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Website Designing
- Website Development
All services are provided based on agreed deliverables outlined in the proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide complete and accurate project requirements
- Share all necessary content, credentials, and access in a timely manner
- Communicate specific preferences or technical requirements in advance
Failure to provide timely information may lead to delays or additional charges.
4. Changes & Revisions
- Each project includes a defined scope and allocated time
- Minor revisions may be accommodated within the agreed scope
- Any additional changes, feature additions, or redesign requests after approval will incur extra charges
- Changes requested after project completion or Go-Live approval will be billed separately
5. Project Timeline & Delays
We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe. However:
- Delays due to client-side issues (late content, feedback, or approvals) may extend deadlines
- Projects delayed or put on hold for more than 60 days may incur additional administrative charges and revised estimates
6. Payments & Refund Policy
- Payments must be made as per agreed terms and invoices
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law
7. Intellectual Property
- All custom work remains the property of Digital Orbit Solutions LLC until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
- Reselling, duplicating, or redistributing our proprietary code or work without permission is prohibited
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or providers (e.g., Google, social media platforms, hosting providers).
- We are not responsible for changes in third-party policies, algorithms, or service disruptions
- Any third-party costs (ads, plugins, hosting, domains, etc.) are not included unless explicitly mentioned
- Clients are responsible for maintaining third-party accounts and subscriptions
9. Testing & Compatibility
We test websites across standard modern browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari). Additional testing requirements must be communicated in advance and may incur extra costs.
10. Hosting & Domain
- Hosting and domain registration are not included unless specified
- If clients use third-party hosting, they must ensure compatibility with our development standards
- We are not liable for issues caused by external hosting providers
11. Limitation of Liability
Digital Orbit Solutions LLC is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business due to service interruptions
- Issues arising from third-party tools or platforms
12. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties, except as required by law.
13. Communication
All official communication will be conducted via email. Clients are responsible for providing and maintaining an active email address for correspondence.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. All outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.
15. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
