Once our team begins work on your project, refunds cannot be issued. We allocate significant time, expertise, and resources to every project, making refunds impractical after work has started.

2. Client Termination Rights:

Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice via email or message. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active billing cycle. Future recurring payments will be stopped, but no prorated refunds will be provided.

3. Adherence to Service Guidelines:

Clients are expected to follow our professional recommendations, especially regarding ethical (“White Hat”) practices such as SEO strategies, content updates, keyword optimization, and technical improvements. Failure to follow these guidelines may impact results and void eligibility for any refund considerations.

4. Website & Account Accessibility:

Clients must ensure that their website, hosting, and relevant accounts (e.g., ad platforms, social media) remain accessible to our team throughout the service period. Restricted or interrupted access may negatively affect performance, and we will not be held responsible for such outcomes.

5. Approval of Work & Project Commitment:

Once the client approves designs, strategies, or deliverables and our team proceeds with execution, the project enters a committed phase. No refunds will be issued after approval and commencement of work based on agreed specifications.

6. Cancellation Notice for Ongoing Services:

Clients wishing to cancel SEO, PPC, or other marketing services must provide at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

7. Project Inactivity Clause:

No refunds will be issued for projects that remain inactive due to client delay (e.g., lack of communication, missing content, or approvals) for more than 30 days.

8. Special Service Commitments:

For any time-sensitive or pre-planned campaigns, clients must provide adequate notice for cancellation. Short-notice cancellations may not be eligible for refunds due to prior resource allocation and preparation.

9. No Refund on Third-Party Costs:

Any payments made toward third-party services (advertising budgets, tools, hosting, domains, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.

10. Dispute & Resolution:

Clients are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve any concerns before initiating disputes. We are committed to working collaboratively to address issues.
